Beth Haven's cafeteria had milk and cheese too warm at 5515 Johnsontown Rd
BETH HAVEN at 5515 Johnstontown Rd had a rough health inspection on August 31.
The big problem was cold storage. Cheese and milk were sitting at 46 degrees, over the safe mark, and the sanitizer bucket was running too strong, above 200 ppm. Both got corrected on the spot, with the food tossed and the bucket dumped.
