8014 ARNOLDTOWN RD zoning enforcement: unpermitted porch encroachment

Owner Robert D. Piotrski is listed in an open zoning enforcement case after a neighbor at 8010 Arnoldtown Rd reported that a newly built porch at 8014 Arnoldtown Rd was added without a permit and appears to encroach onto their yard. The complainant says they have a survey and stakes showing porch posts and an overhanging roof crossing the property line and asked the city to send an inspector to check the illegal location or setback.
