The Voice of Truth Church’s permanent roadside sign at 5507 Valley Station Rd — owned by Ellifrits James — is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case. Officials say the sign sits on a narrow concrete island at the driveway corner and completely blocks the Clear Sight Triangle, forcing drivers to pull blindly into active traffic lanes and creating a severe safety hazard.
