Owner Gonzalez Freddy Ayala is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors say he's running a towing business out of 8208 Candelabrum Pl. Complaints allege large tow trucks are parked daily in the dead-end cul-de-sac—sometimes blocking the roadway—while a big backyard garage is used for repairs, residents report burning that smells like rubber and plastic, oil and fluid leaks onto the street, and concrete curbing has blocked the sidewalk.
