2124 Winston Ave: Zoning investigates extended driveway toward Eleanor Ave.
Owner Sandra Martin is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after a citizen reported work at 2124 Winston Ave. Neighbors say residents are extending a driveway from the back of the lot out to the Eleanor Ave side, reportedly running over the drainage ditch, and the city has the case open to determine whether the work violates zoning or drainage rules.
