4812 Kingfisher Way opened ENF-ZON-26-001199 Zoning Enforcement Case

Owner Martin Lesle Ann has an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors reported she’s operating a shuttle business and constantly repairing vehicles in the driveway at 4812 Kingfisher Way. Complainants say the end of the driveway looks like a car junkyard full of interior and exterior parts and parts, and they worry it’s dragging down nearby property values while the city investigates.
