2431 Donna Rd: Zoning enforcement case open for home auto repair business
Owner Obregon Marlon Pico is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors reported a car-repair operation being run out of the garage at 2431 Donna Rd. The complaint says a maroon Chevy TrailBlazer was brought in on Saturday, July 25 and that multiple nonresident vehicles are regularly serviced there, sometimes blocking the street and prompting near-misses and reports of speeding down the block.
