786 Miller Ave Zoning enforcement case opened for yard sales on property
Pizzonia & Farmer LLC has an open zoning enforcement case at 786 Miller Ave after neighbors reported constant "yard sales" popping up in the tree line between Eastern Parkway and the Family Dollar parking lot. Residents say vans and people with rolling crates unload and sometimes stay for days or weeks on what doesn’t appear to be their property or an authorized use, and the city has opened the case and logged site visits to investigate.
