Owner Amanda Newton is facing an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors reported someone at 2605 Briargate St operating a car-repair business out of the home. Complaints say immobile cars and trailers plus car parts and scrap metal are scattered in the driveway, yard, behind the fence and on the dead-end street, with round-the-clock work and customers waiting; police were reportedly called and the resident allegedly promised to move to a shop weeks ago but hasn’t.
