2203 Lower Hunters Trce opened zoning enforcement case ENF-ZON-26-001096

Owner Pipkin Donya Jabbar has an open zoning enforcement case for the factory-built home at 2203 Lower Hunters Trce. The complaint says the house needs a roofed front porch at least 4 feet wide (LDC 4.1.2.A.6.c) and masonry skirting or a perimeter wall built from the ground to the bottom of the exterior wall along each side of the home.
