311 Revolutionary Rd: Zoning enforcement open for flooding and topo changes

Owner Guerra Yoangel Sierra has filed a zoning enforcement complaint alleging a neighbor raised their backyard about 3 feet and poured concrete that now blocks natural drainage and floods Sierra’s yard at 311 Revolutionary Rd. The complaint also says a property marker was removed and includes photos and Google Earth images as evidence; the case is currently open for investigation.
