2431 Donna Rd, Louisville KY 40216: Zoning Enforcement Open for home auto repair

Owner Obregon Marlon Pico is the subject of an open zoning complaint alleging a car-repair business is operating out of the house and garage at 2431 Donna Rd. The complainant says a mid-size four-door was towed in on July 12, that customer vehicles are sometimes parked on the street while cars are rotated, and that a mechanic has been seen speeding up and down the block — the city has the zoning case open for follow-up.
