1004 Palatka Rd Louisville KY 40214 zoning enforcement for unlicensed contractor
Blair's Exteriors, LLC is the subject of an open zoning complaint after someone reported the company advertising with yard signs and Facebook posts to drum up roofing, gutter, siding and deck work at 1004 Palatka Rd. The owner on record is Blair Lisa Y, and the anonymous caller alleges the business (registered agent Brent Blair) is in bad standing with Kentucky — reportedly without a license or insurance and listed as inactive with the Secretary of State — so the city has an active enforcement case.
