1831 Lower Hunters Trce opened zoning enforcement ENF-ZON-26-001056

Owner Donna Cundiff filed a zoning complaint about activity next to 1831 Lower Hunters Trace. She says a small strip of the property was sold years ago to MSD for a storm drain and neighbors had been maintaining that MSD parcel for 17 years, but the adjacent resident Gary is now mowing that strip reportedly 10 to 20 times a day, laid gravel to create a driveway and keeps driving in and out—leaving only about two feet between his turning area and the complainant’s yard. The case is open with zoning enforcement and the record notes the complainant alleges the nonstop mowing and driving amounts to harassment and even prevents them from turning on their AC for cool air.
