10301 Long Home Rd zoning enforcement opened over billboard sign
The owners, Louis G. and Amy O. Seibert, have installed an 8' x 4' billboard-sized sign on the property at 10301 Long Home Rd that exceeds Metro zoning size limits and is visible from Bardstown Road. Neighbors say the owners were previously fined but haven't removed the sign, and allege the owner has said the purpose is to hurt neighborhood property values — a zoning enforcement case is open to see whether Metro can force removal.
