Hogan Holdings 44 LLC, owner of the property at 10013 Brownsboro Rd, is the subject of an open zoning enforcement complaint over bright blue neon lighting from the new 7 Brew. Neighbors say the neon and 24/7 menu screens flood the area at night and can be seen from a distance, and they’ve asked the city to investigate options to dim or turn off the lights to preserve nighttime peace.
