1715 NELSON AVE: Open zoning case over lights into 1717

Pendleton Mattie Joyce is the owner of 1715 Nelson Ave and now has an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors reported two very bright lights from the property shining into the backyard of 1717 Nelson Ave. One light is mounted on the rear garage and the other on the back of the house; the complaint notes Edward Embers (502-298-6195) can provide access to 1717 Nelson Ave’s yard if anyone wants to see the glare for themselves.
