2805 BLEVINS GAP RD Zoning enforcement for running a dealership from garage

Nathan C. McMullen is the owner named in an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors reported he’s running a car dealership out of his garage at 2805 Blevins Gap Rd. Complaints say vehicles are being loaded and unloaded in a way that clogs the roadway and test-drive traffic keeps coming and going, and the city is following up to see if the home operation violates zoning rules.
