Owner Thant Asemar is named in an open zoning enforcement case about 1800 Berry Blvd. A neighbor reports semi trucks and other vehicles parked overnight and alleges a trucking business is operating out of the Food Mart / Cafe and Grill — the property isn’t zoned for permanent truck parking, so zoning staff opened the case to take a look.
