Owner Meaghan Nicolle Kincer reported the visit was close to sunset and cited possible violations of Louisville Metro Code rules that require solicitors to leave when asked and to follow permitted hours. Multiple neighbors have reported similar encounters, so city staff flagged it as a possible pattern rather than a one-off knock.
