3101 Preston Hwy opened zoning enforcement case for excessive lighting
Audubon Properties LLC is the owner tied to an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors complained that exterior lights at 3101 Preston Hwy are way too bright and not angled properly. Complainants say the glare is blinding motorists on Hess Ln./Preston Hwy, and the city has the matter open while staff work to get the lighting re-aimed and made safer.
