2805 BLEVINS GAP RD opened zoning enforcement case

Nathan C. McMullen is the owner tied to a zoning enforcement case after neighbors say he’s running a motorcycle dealer out of his home at 2805 Blevins Gap Rd. Residents report as many as 30–50 bikes crowding the driveway, with multiple people in and out all day and frequent high-speed test rides that are wearing on the block. The case is open while city staff look into whether a commercial operation is happening in a residential neighborhood.
