1550 Lincoln Hill Way Zoning enforcement for missing street trees

Meremont Homeowners Associations Inc is tied to an open zoning enforcement case after residents complained that required street trees weren’t installed throughout Meremont at Long Run (Sections 1, 2, & 3). The record notes trees were only planted in front of the clubhouse at 1550 Lincoln Hill Way, so zoning staff are looking into getting those missing street trees added.
