10314 Colonel Hancock Dr zoning enforcement opened for deck enclosure

Owner Michaels Gregory Joseph at 10314 Colonel Hancock Dr has altered an existing above-ground deck since buying the house last year—screening in the patio, adding a large deck expansion with exterior electrical wiring, installing gutters, and beginning to enclose the deck with a wall. A zoning enforcement complaint says no permits were obtained and the work may violate the side setback, so the city has opened a case to investigate.
