2120 Bruce Ave zoning enforcement: unpermitted auto repair business

A zoning enforcement complaint says an unpermitted auto repair operation is running out of a leased space at 2120 Bruce Ave—owned by Cobra Properties LLC—and reportedly also using the front portions of the building at 4002 and 4004 Fairview Ave. Neighbors allege the business has been dumping auto parts and possibly fluids behind 2110–2114 Bruce Ave (Off the Rails Winery) onto a parcel at 3939–3939R Central Ave, and the case is open with zoning enforcement following up.
