Owner Betsy Katherine Hatchett has an open zoning enforcement case at 8401 Kimberly Way after neighbors reported that renters' teens and children constantly curse, scream, and bang on things during the day and play basketball loudly at night. Complainants say the neighborhood is fed up and point to a prior incident last year when a bag of trash was thrown into a nearby creek.
