3650 Parthenia Ave opened zoning enforcement case ENF-ZON-26-000379 for sidewalk obstruction
ECOS Family Properties LLC is tied to an open zoning enforcement complaint after neighbors reported a large towing/wrecker truck parked on the sidewalk in front of 3650 Parthenia Ave. The truck is said to be blocking and crumbling the concrete, and there’s a business sign in the yard reading “No Parking or You Will Be Towed Away,” so the city is investigating whether the parking and signage violate zoning rules.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
