2620 Virginia Ave zoning enforcement case ENF-ZON-26-000359 opened

PC Marketing Group LLC is the listed owner in an open zoning enforcement complaint about a sober-living home at 2620 Virginia Ave. A caller alleges residents were made to apply for rental assistance through West Louisville Ministries, received $1,000 meant to cover three months’ rent for them and a partner but were evicted after about a month and a half with their belongings removed, and says some residents’ Medicaid was already paying rent so they don’t understand why the extra assistance was requested.
