4526 Kerrick Ln zoning enforcement opened for home car repair business
Owner Jason Schmidt is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after a caller reported a car repair business being run out of the residential property at 4526 Kerrick Ln. The tip also alleges semi trucks are being repaired there, so city zoning is taking a closer look to see if vehicle repair work belongs in this neighborhood home.
