8903 LANTANA DR opened a Zoning Enforcement Case for Room Rentals
Maguino Properties LLC is named in an open zoning complaint after neighbors say the house at 8903 Lantana Dr is being run like a rent-a-room hotel advertised on Facebook, with several single tenants moving in without knowing who they’ll be living with. Complainants report five to six cars parked around the block and note the area is zoned for single-family homes, plus they say a similar setup is happening a few houses up across the street.
