4107 E INDIAN TRL opened zoning enforcement case ENF-ZON-26-000290

A zoning enforcement case has been opened against owner M H F & O LLC after complaints about an excessive amount of trash and apparent junkyard conditions at 4107 E Indian Trl. The notice says the lot looks more like an auto salvage/junkyard than an active auto sales business — basically an eyesore — and inspectors have logged site visits while the case remains open.
