Owner Martin Jason A is named in an open zoning enforcement complaint after a car-detailing operation was reportedly set up in the right of way at 2335 Bonnycastle Ave. Neighbors say a van (license plate 053 MHS) has been showing up—often on Saturday mornings—and that detailing wastewater is being drained straight into the storm sewers, with the activity resuming on February 21 after a winter break.
