4038 POPLAR LEVEL RD Zoning enforcement: rear parking violation (R5)

HRM Kennesaw LLC owns 4038 Poplar Level Rd, and city zoning staff opened an enforcement case after a complaint that the rear of the lot is zoned Residential (R5). Although a bank that once limited parking to customers and employees was torn down, vehicles are still parking in that R5 area — the use appears to violate zoning and the case is open for follow-up.
