1602 Dunbarton Wynde opened zoning case over sightline issue

Owners Robt W. Cummins and Nancy D. Cummins have an open zoning enforcement case after a tree at the corner of Sutherland Drive and Dunbarton Wynde was reported for creating a dangerous sightline for drivers. The sight-triangle complaint at 1602 Dunbarton Wynde says the problem is worsened by a black work trailer that frequently parks too close to the intersection, and zoning staff have the case open for follow-up.
