6309 Eureka Ave zoning enforcement case opened for garage construction

Leyva Yasmany is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case alleging they're running a construction business out of 6309 Eureka Ave with construction equipment parked all over the property. Neighbors say the front yard was concreted for vehicle parking, unknown materials have been burned, a large backyard hole topped with a chicken coop fills with rain and snow, and they appear to be building a garage—so city inspectors have the case open to investigate.
