159 E Ashland Ave zoning: resident runs training business from garage

Owner Daniela Antunez Lopez is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after a caller reported a personnel training business operating out of the garage at 159 E Ashland Ave. The complaint says the resident moved in lots of equipment and is getting frequent visitors who stay two to three hours, so city staff have opened a case to determine whether that activity is allowed in the neighborhood.
