4535 PICADILLY AVE zoning case opened for auto repair shop in residential area
Owner Lopez Sadiel Capote has an open zoning enforcement case after neighbors reported the house at 4535 Picadilly Ave is being used as an auto repair shop. The complaint says the garage regularly receives towed cars, the dwelling appears unoccupied as a residence, and there’s a lot of noise from hauling vehicles in and out — city staff have the case open to investigate.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
