817 ALDEN RD zoning: Airbnb listing lacks STR license

Forseth Adam M, listed as the owner of 817 Alden Rd, has an open zoning enforcement case after the address showed up on Airbnb but isn’t listed with a short-term rental license. City staff opened the case to check whether the house is operating as an unlicensed STR and to get the listing brought into compliance or taken down.
