4200 Blue Teal Pl: Zoning enforcement for unlicensed STR
Owners Hishmeh Seth & Vickie L are listed for the property at 4200 Blue Teal Pl, which is being advertised as a short-term rental that offers wine and a fully‑stocked bar to guests. Zoning enforcement has an open case because the listing doesn’t show a license to serve alcohol and doesn’t appear to have a short‑term rental license, so the city is checking whether the setup meets local rules.
