9315 OLD BARDSTOWN RD Zoning enforcement case opened for numerous violations
Owner Rosette Mario Hernandez is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case at 9315 Old Bardstown Rd for numerous alleged violations. Neighbors report more than 15 vehicles, a boat parked past the front façade, a batting-cage structure in the front yard, an oversized parking area over 20 feet wide, and a very bright floodlight shining into a home across the street — basically a busy lot neighbors say doesn’t match residential rules.
