4306 Southern Pkwy 2: Zoning case open for rental registry, code violations

Owner Daniel J. Luckett is the subject of an open zoning enforcement complaint after neighbors say he’s renting all the units at 4304 and 4306 Southern Parkway without being on Louisville’s rental registry and that the buildings are full of code violations. The record also alleges he’s not registered with the Louisville Metro rental agency and accuses him of discriminating against non-white people, and enforcement is pending follow-up.
