400 SHELBY STATION DR parking lot inspection

A zoning enforcement case has been opened for Sunshine Shelby Station Development to conduct a parking lot inspection at 400 Shelby Station Drive (also listed as 400 Fairway Park Drive). The case is open and notes there will be no final Certificate of Occupancy until the landscape architect certifies the landscaping installation, so that landscape sign-off is the last item needed to clear the site.
