1201 Truman Park Dr zoning: buffer zone maintenance and HOA fence removal

Hayden Enterprises LLC is listed as the owner in an open zoning enforcement case after a citizen reported that the buffer zone behind 1201 Truman Park Dr and along the homes on Clear Meadow Ct isn't being maintained. Complainants also say a fence behind those properties was removed from HOA responsibility and asked the city to inspect the maintenance and HOA obligations.
