4534 Poplar Level Rd opened zoning enforcement case ENF-ZON-25-001859

Owner Jericho Cook of Advantage Towing told an inspector that the secured upstairs space at 4534 Poplar Level Rd is actually his private apartment after it was noticed during a fire inspection. A zoning enforcement case is open to determine whether this living unit above the business meets zoning and safety rules — inspectors did not enter the apartment after the owner disclosed it.
