13698 Aiken Rd: Zoning Enforcement Case Open for Landscaping Deficiencies

JMFA2 LLC recently installed new landscaping and site features at 13698 Aiken Rd, but zoning staff flagged the work as not matching the approved landscape plan. The sidewalk was built 4 feet instead of the required 5, the fence sits only 18 inches from the sidewalk rather than the plan’s 7-foot setback, and the new shrubs were planted on the property side of the fence instead of between the sidewalk and fence — leaving the Aiken Rd frontage less attractive to drivers and awkward (with overhanging barbed wire) for pedestrians.
