9504 Blue Lick Rd zoning enforcement case opened for driveway cart business
Owner Jesus A. Carbonell is reportedly operating a small business selling items from a cart at the end of the driveway at 9504 Blue Lick Rd. Neighbors say customers clog the driveway and cause major traffic delays, sometimes forcing residents to back into busy traffic, and a zoning enforcement case is open to address the safety and parking concerns.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
