4826 COFER AVE Zoning enforcement case opened for fence encroachment
Hedrick Randy is named in an open zoning enforcement case after an email complaint that neighbors at 4834, 4830, 4828 and 4826 Cofer Ave in Louisville have been moving their back fences, opening large gates toward Burkhead Ave, and possibly encroaching on city land. The city has the case open to investigate whether those fence moves and gates improperly take over public right-of-way.
