4828 COFER AVE zoning enforcement case opened for fence encroachment
Owner Hudson Leangelo is named in an open zoning enforcement case at 4828 Cofer Ave after a neighbor emailed to report that residents at 4834, 4830, 4826 and 4828 Cofer have been moving back fences, opening large gates toward Burkhead Ave, and possibly encroaching on city land. The complaint says the work is of “extravagant measures,” and the city has the case open for follow-up to see whether the fences or gates extend into the public right-of-way.
