2906 Butler Ct Zoning enforcement opened for commercial landscaping operation

A zoning enforcement complaint says a large commercial landscaping and snowplow business owned by Joseph B. Smith is operating out of 2906 Butler Court, with a commercial workshop across the street at 2903 Butler Court. Neighbors say the operation has grown to four large trucks, two trailers and six to ten employees who arrive before sunrise to work and repair commercial mowers, and they’ve asked zoning to step in because the early-morning noise and traffic are disrupting this longtime residential street; the case is currently open.
