Owner Carlo Stallings of 6803 Cross Country Ct has been issued a Notice of Violation after investigators linked a large pile of junk — mattresses, pallets, cardboard packaging, furniture and construction debris — dumped in the rear of the vacant lot at 4107 Greenwood Ave to his address. The NOV was posted with a 48-hour cleanup window because of the severity and proximity, and inspectors noted multiple packages addressed to Stallings and said they'll attempt contact before pursuing a citation.
